What do I offer?

Classes
A 45 min workout using a mixture of bodyweight exercises and equipment such as kettlebells and dumbbells. Ideal for all levels of ability as exercises can be tailored to suit your needs.

Small Group Training
A maximum of 6 people focusing on safety and technique for weight training. Equipment such as barbells, kettlebells & dumbbells are used. Full Coaching provided.

Personal Training
Tailored face to face sessions to suit your fitness and health goals. Let me help you achieve your goals, one session at a time.

Nutrition Advice
Whether you want to gain or lose weight, need specific sports nutrition advice or just some help to make changes to your diet, I provide evidence based advice to help you incorporate a healthy sustainable lifestyle with no fads or quick fixes.
